Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years practitioner looking for an exciting opportunity to inspire and nurture young learners?
High Bank JIN is seeking an enthusiastic mixed Reception/Year 1 Class Teacher to join our vibrant and welcoming school community on a maternity cover basis. This post is suitable for ECTs as we are happy to support you through your first year of induction.
We are looking for a brilliant Reception Class Teacher who will:
1. Deliver an engaging and creative curriculum following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
2. Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that supports the development of young learners.
3. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for all children.
4. Assess, monitor, and record children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and senior leaders.
5. Foster a love of learning through play-based and child-centred teaching approaches.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
1. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience teaching in the EYFS.
2. Have a strong/ growing understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum.
3. Be creative, adaptable, and committed to providing high-quality education.
4. Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5. Be passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
