The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
360 recruitment
* Winning new clients through business development
* Meeting with clients to understand their hiring requirements, company ethos, and future growth plans
* Sourcing candidates through headhunting on LinkedIn and pairing them with your clients
* Managing the whole interview process from initial conversation to negotiating the best contract for your candidates
* Building up your network through your online brand on LinkedIn
Delivery/ account manager
* Speaking with existing clients and maintaining relationships, managing any queries, and advising on market trends
* Sourcing the best candidates for your clients through headhunting, advertising, networking, and using the company database
* Interviewing candidates, putting them forward to meet your clients, passing on feedback from both sides
* Negotiating the best contract for your candidates
* Building up your personal online brand
