The opportunity
Due to continuous growth, our client is currently looking to expand their team with an additional Site Manager to oversee and manage various refurbishment projects in the Greenwich, London area. The majority of the work will be with housing associations, and the chosen candidate must have experience in this area.
Tasks/responsibilities
* Management of subcontractors.
* Management of trades.
* Liaising with councils, local authorities, and clients.
* Appreciate client needs and deliver objectives.
* Site meetings.
* Develop and maintain customer relationships.
* Reporting daily to the director with progress updates on live projects.
* Management of materials.
* Ensure project records are comprehensive and up to date.
Skills Required
* Experience in a similar role as Site Manager or supervisor.
* Previous experience working with councils or local authorities.
* Great customer relationship skills.
* IT skills are a must.
* Swiftly able to manage and resolve problems that arise.
* Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive, diligent, quick learner.
* Ability to communicate effectively.
