The successful candidate will receive regular supervision, work within a positive and effective Service Desk Team, and be supported with their professional development. They will have opportunities to take the lead on specific HR systems in order to be the system admin lead for that area, developing detailed system knowledge. The role will work cross-functionally, collaborating with the wider HR function and other clinical and non-clinical services.
