What you will do: You will provide a clerical service to clinicians throughout the division, ensuring that procedures are in place to initiate and maintain accurate and up to date patient case records to support clinical care; administration of all out-patient appointment systems and waiting lists, facilitating equitable access to specialties across the division. Your duties will include the maintenance and filing of patients confidential records, recording patient related data, admissions and booking out-patient appointments using the computerised Patient Management System, in addition to providing reception services, answering telephones and relaying messages.
