Role Overview:
As the Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you will play a key role in leading a team of 4 vets, 6 nurses, 3 receptionists, and 2 practice managers. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of the practice while delivering excellent clinical care to a varied and loyal client base. The role offers excellent work-life balance, with no Sundays or out-of-hours (OOH) duties required.
Job Type: Full-time, 4 days a week, 1 in 3 Saturdays (No Sundays or OOH)
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire a team of veterinary professionals, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
* Deliver high standards of veterinary care for all patients
* Oversee clinical cases and offer mentorship to junior vets
* Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service
* Manage the day-to-day clinical operations of the practice

Requirements:
* RCVS registered and fully qualified veterinary surgeon
* Proven experience in clinical leadership
* A passion for mentoring and developing veterinary teams
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
