Would you like to play a key role in helping our core and student staff to deliver excellent services to students? We're looking for someone to provide vital administrative support to our HR and finance functions, and to supervise our friendly Welcome Desk (reception) operation and its student staff. We are a small team that delivers a lot for our members (the students at the University of Worcester). We are independent from the University and exist to support and represent our students and provide them with amazing experiences outside of their academic studies. This is an interesting, multifaceted role for someone who loves being organised, is willing to learn, is good with people, and has great attention to detail. You will report to both the Chief Executive and the Director of Finance and Commercial and will interact with the whole team across the organisation. Whilst experience in the areas of HR, finance, and supervising others is desirable, this is an entry level role, which will enable the right candidate to make a real difference to the Students’ Union and its operations. We will support the right person in post to develop their skills and experience and will seek their ideas to keep improving what we do.
