Amazing opportunity for a positive, passionate, and sales-driven Travel Consultant to join our Sales Team. Do you have specialist knowledge of our destinations? have a real passion for sharing your knowledge with our valued clients? You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience selling luxury holidays to our destinations. Confidence on the telephone is a must with a real hunger for success.
Product training is ongoing in the designated area, to ensure excellent advice is given to our clients. Regular familiarisation trips will take place each year, so Specialist Consultants have current first-hand knowledge of the following destinations North America Sales Role (USA, Canada and Central and South America) or Worldwide Sales Role (Australia, New Zealand and Asia) or Beach and Cruise Sales Role (Caribbean, Europe, Indian Ocean, Middle East and Cruise)
The Role:
Receiving customer enquiries by telephone and email to book holidays
Making outbound calls to previous customers to advise and assist on holiday choices.
Follow up on all quotes made.
Assist colleagues' customers as required.
Aim to achieve company conversion required per destination.
Balance chasing as required.
Attend shows, functions, familiarisation trips and workshops as required.
Any other tasks required by the role.
