Basic Salary: £30,000 to £35,000
On Target Earnings: £60,000 to £70,000

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and mentor the team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
2. Oversee the management of the property portfolio, ensuring properties are well-maintained and fully let.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and landlords, providing exceptional customer service.
4. Monitor and analyse local market trends to inform business strategies and advise clients.
5. Ensure all properties comply with relevant legislation and health and safety regulations.
6. Prepare and present detailed reports on performance to senior management.
7. Address and resolve any issues or disputes that arise within the sales & lettings process.
8. Identify opportunities for business growth and work towards achieving targets and key performance indicators.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven experience in an estate agency management, valuer or senior negotiator role.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
4. Exceptional customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
6. Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
7. Knowledge of the local market is an advantage.
8. A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
