We are happy to offer a 40-hour full-time role, or a part-time role with hours that can be scheduled to fit around your commitments (such as school runs).

The Role As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be a vital part of our growth strategy, working closely with our marketing and sales teams to generate and qualify new business leads.
This role requires someone who is experienced, confident, and skilled in using the phone for calls, holding Zoom meetings, and engaging with clients effectively.
You should be IT competent (smart with systems), and you should be great with LinkedIn outreach, writing compelling emails, and securing sales appointments for our Sales Team to attend.
You’ll need to be proficient with CRM systems and always ready to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
Key Responsibilities Your role will focus on identifying, generating, and nurturing new business opportunities to ensure the continued growth of our business.
Here are the key responsibilities: • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including networking, inbound leads, and outreach.
• LinkedIn Outreach: Undertake effective outreach on LinkedIn to engage with potential leads and generate interest.
• Email Writing: Craft compelling email content for outreach, follow-ups, and to nurture relationships with potential clients.
• Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify incoming leads to ensure they align with our business goals and have the potential to become live projects.
• Securing Sales Appointments: Work diligently to secure appointments for our Sales Team with qualified leads.
• Project Development: Work closely with leads and contacts to nurture them from initial interest through to the live project stage.
• Sample Packs and Touch Points: Manage the sending of sample packs and touch point mail-outs to prospects.
• Key Growth Areas: Identify and develop key growth areas that align with our company strategy and target audience.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, track lead interactions, and monitor project progression.
• Collaborative Support: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align efforts and ensure effective communication across all stages of the sales funnel.
• Reporting: Keep accurate records of lead interactions, project progression, and key business development metrics.
Your Prior Successes We’re looking for someone who is experienced, confident, and able to take responsibility for their work and outcomes.
You should be highly skilled at using the phone for calls, comfortable holding Zoom meetings, and competent in using IT systems and tools.
You should also have proven success in LinkedIn outreach, email writing, and securing sales appointments.
Experience with CRM systems is essential, as is the ability to work independently, stay organised, and manage your workload without the need for constant supervision.
