Learning and Development at SJP is a dynamic and forward-thinking department which is passionate about fostering employee growth and development. This role requires an engaging and skilled facilitator/trainer who is confident delivering both virtually and in person to a wide range of colleagues across the business. This person should have immediate impact and be able to demonstrate resilience when supporting the business through change. The role requires the ability to work from both Cirencester and London offices.
What you’ll be doing:
* Take a lead on the design/delivery of employee workshops and programmes. This involves delivery of standard programmes including one-off workshops, training sessions, team offsites and both remote and virtual delivery.
* Use best practice methodologies and personal experience to design high-quality content to deliver and support the digital team.
* Responsibility for setting programme objectives and success criteria along with evaluating delegate and programme performance against criteria.
* Experience in a range of developmental tools to create bespoke programmes to meet business needs. These may include Hogan, Emotional Intelligence, Lumina Spark, as well as others.
* Facilitate development events for other parts of the business or for Corporate events.
* Act as a role model for the L&D division reflecting the SJP Culture and participate in ad-hoc team/divisional activities whilst managing relationships across all teams.
* Continually expand knowledge to stay abreast of relevant industry best practice.
Who we’re looking for:
* Credible and engaging learning professional with gravitas, track record and capability.
* Full knowledge of the learning cycle.
* Expert training design and delivery experience.
* Facilitation capability to design and run development events for a range of stakeholders/teams.
* Exceptional delivery skills in both classroom and virtual.
* Commercially focused with good understanding of SJP business.
* Excellent training skills - analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation.
* Clear, concise presentation skills, both verbal and written.
* Able to adapt and respond to conflicting priorities and use a range of influencing and leadership styles to ensure commitment to tasks and project delivery.
* High degree of confidentiality and emotional intelligence at all times.
* First-class organisation and time management skills, resilient and able to bounce back from setbacks.
Special Requirements:
Regular travel to London and Cirencester with some overnight stays. Some flexibility around working hours expected from time to time.
