Reception Administrator
Location: Cardiff
Hourly Rate: £12.50 per hour
Hours: 9:00- 17:00, Monday to Friday(flexible hours available)
Free parking available
We are looking for an experienced Reception Administrator for our client. This is a temporary position, which could potentially be extended.
Duties will include:
* Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
* Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
* Assist with scheduling appointments
* Handle incoming calls from customers
* Maintain and update company records and databases
* Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
