Position: Customer Relationship Manager
You will be:
1. Based at one of their offices (either Sevenoaks or Redhill) but visiting and calling key clients in the London / M25 area.
2. Building relationships with key clients (starting with 5 and increasing) to ensure they are satisfied with the services provided.
3. Meeting with key clients (mostly around the London area) to maintain a great working relationship.
4. Being the main point of contact and ensuring any client issues are rectified.
5. Producing reports for clients and colleagues.
6. Upselling added services to clients when necessary.
7. Preparing and presenting planned maintenance schedules during the annual renewal period.
Skills Needed:
1. Living close to either their Redhill office in Surrey or their office in Sevenoaks in north Kent is preferred, but they would consider anyone around the London or M25 area as you would only need to go into the offices a few times a month.
2. Experience as a relationship manager or business development manager.
3. Experience in construction, HVAC, or M&E is beneficial but not essential.
4. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with new clients.
5. Problem-solving skills with a firm yet fair approach to client relations.
6. Good telephone manner and administration skills.
Salary and Benefits:
1. £35,000 - £45,000 basic salary depending on experience.
2. £5,000 car allowance.
3. 25 days of holidays + 8 bank holidays.
4. Free parking at the office.
5. Workplace pension.
