Moving to work with the team in most need on a daily, weekly or monthly basis as service provision demands.
We are looking for an experienced, caring motivated Community Nurse to join our Community Nursing Team.
You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of care.
You will need to be able to demonstrate a real enthusiasm for Community Nursing as well as a desire for ongoing professional development.
This a permanent part time position within the Bodmin & 3 Harbours Community Nursing Team area working out of Bodmin or Par Health Offices
The ability to travel independently across the area to fulfil the requirements of the post is essential.
Full and part time hours available working on a rota system covering 7 days a week.
