We are looking to recruit enthusiastic Senior Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our team and work with us 30 hours a week to deliver top quality assessments, treatments, and rehabilitation to NHS patients in our Community Hospital. A physiotherapist who has an experience in clinical management of patients with complex health and rehabilitation needs, who are at risk of deteriorating quality of life. Someone interested in developing further their leadership skills, ensuring positive outcomes and quality care for patients and staff. Someone keen to work with other health, social and community services to ensure continuity of care on discharge. A motivated individual who is a team player and flexible, working with the multidisciplinary team to provide a seven-day service in our community hospital. Continued professional and personal development are strongly encouraged and the post holder will be part of in-service training, clinical supervision as well as learning and development opportunities.
