- Sales Support Responsibilities / Duties: General processing of orders, quotations, account setups and order entry Responding to customer enquiries and resolving queries via email, phone, live chat and other methods within agreed timeframes Making outbound account care calls to existing customers to offer alternative products etc.
Monitoring back orders and communicating lead times to customers Managing estimated delivery dates and customer expectations Raising returns and collections Releasing orders to warehouse in timely manner Logo setups Ensuring KPI's are met Any other duties as required by your Line Manager Skills / Attributes Required: Strong organisational skills, disciplined approach, accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure, follow tasks through to completion, team player but able to use and work on own initiative.
Must be computer literate Ability to get on well with colleagues and customers Effective communication skills
