What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an inspirational leader who has a passion for pupil welfare and inclusion. You will be responsible for ensuring all children across our Federation are safe, attendance is exemplary and every child succeeds regardless of background or need. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our strategic plan and building on recent developments. You will be somebody who places children at the heart of every decision, and your leadership will motivate and inspire colleagues to do the same.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has a successful track record of improving the quality of education through your leadership
• Is an outstanding communicator and team player who is able to work under pressure
• Has a ‘can do’ attitude and a desire to deliver excellence as the school continues to grow.
• Can, on occasions, deputise for the Executive Principal
• Is an excellent classroom practitioner with a real interest in inclusion, with the energy and enthusiasm to lead and inspire others.
