Oversee day-to-day operations of BCHA's telephony, electronic communications, and enquiry desk. Provide excellent customer service by dealing with enquiries across BCHA’s services, including Care, Housing, and Maintenance. You will support various BCHA teams, ensuring efficient service delivery and assisting in administrative support. By being part of our Business Support Department, you’ll contribute to the overall success of BCHA’s service delivery efforts. Hours of work: 21 hours per week.
