Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency. Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as necessary. Organise and schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made. Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, in a timely and professional manner. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment. Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Office Manager, PA, or Administrative Assistant. Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
