We have been established within the local area for over 40 years. We have a new position for a registered veterinary nurse to join our established team. Our aim is to build a lasting relationship with our clients. We are part of the Practice Standards Scheme and a training practice for Veterinary Nurses. The practices are 100% small animal with team support provided at multi vet sites in Bushey and Hatch End. We are a high-end first opinion group with a large proportion of insured clients. We also work in close association with our local Cat’s Protection Centre in Harrow. Our practices have digital x-rays, dental x-rays, ultrasound machines with colour flow doppler. Role of the RVN The RVN's clinical responsibilities include nurse consultations, caring for inpatients, monitoring patients under anaesthesia and providing associated peri-operative care as well as working closely with and assisting the veterinary surgeons. The role will primarily focus on clinical duties. Additional administrative tasks include diary management to aid in the smooth running of the practice, stock management, maintenance of equipment and clinical supervisor/mentor support for our PCA. There is a strong focus on developing good relationships with clients and their pets and upholding practice protocols and standards within the clinic.
