We are looking for a Hospital Key Account Manager who will consistently achieve sales targets and defined commercial objectives set through a strategic planning process and delivered through a process of advanced Key Account Management (KAM). Building relationships within the hospital sector and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial Programmes: Be ready to discuss your experience in implementing and managing commercial programmes and agreements to maximize sales benefits within key accounts.
2. Market Understanding: Highlight your ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of the market and identify commercial threats and opportunities.
3. Stakeholder Communication: Emphasize your skills in communicating the implications and impact of commercial programmes to various stakeholders.
4. Collaboration: Showcase your experience in collaborating with different departments such as marketing, finance, and supply teams.
5. Relationship Building: Provide examples of how you have built and sustained long-term relationships with key customers and internal/external organizations.
