About the Role British Sales Manager We are looking for a British English speaker experienced in the British Real Estate market and an energetic individual to lead, mentor, and recruit our ever-expanding secondary sales team Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents specializing in secondary property sales. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement and high levels of productivity. Foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and professional development. Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and client preferences. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other key stakeholders to enhance business opportunities. Oversee the preparation and presentation of property listings, ensuring high-quality marketing materials and accurate property information. Provide guidance and support to agents in negotiating deals, closing transactions, and handling client inquiries. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to support overall business objectives and enhance the customer experience.
