YOUR MISSION This is a role running our London office and being Personal Assistant to our CEO, as well as supporting our senior team. We want you to take ownership of the office and make it run efficiently and be a great environment to work in, as well as a welcoming place for our guests to visit. ABOUT YOU We’re looking for someone who’s great with people, with a positive and energetic approach – no task is too big or too small for you Being well-organised and adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced office environment is a must. We need someone who has a passion for finding problems and solving them before they become serious issues. You’ll work directly into our FD and support our CEO, which means you’ll need the confidence to hold your own with senior people and be proactive in supporting them. You’ll be exposed to confidential and sensitive information, which means we need you to be reliable and discreet. Previous experience of working in an office environment as an office manager and / or PA would be a huge benefit. Previous work within an agency or brand, or in a co-ordination role in the marketing industry would be an additional benefit but isn’t necessary. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). THE ROLE: FINER DETAILS This is an office-based role in central London. The day-to-day role will include: Greeting (welcoming our clients and making a great first impression for the company, ensuring meeting rooms are ready and providing refreshments as and when needed) Office Efficiency (helping our office run effectively and making it a good environment for our lovely team, ordering supplies, managing contractors, and ensuring facilities are all working well) Supporting our CEO (diary management, collating expenses, making travel arrangements, and ad hoc requests) Supporting the wider team with travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and ad hoc requests Assisting with admin for HR matters Supporting the Social Team with organising company-wide social events Specific training will be provided where necessary. You’ll learn a lot very quickly and develop some brilliant skills and insight into the exciting world of brands and agencies. The salary is £35-40k, depending on experience.
