Building Manager
Newbury
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced building manager for three of their residential buildings in Newbury. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the building and managing tenants.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day operations of the building, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
2. Respond promptly to residents' queries and concerns, providing excellent customer service.
3. Conduct regular inspections of the building to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
4. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and resident communications.
5. Oversee building security measures and ensure the safety of residents.
Skills:
1. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents.
2. Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
3. Ability to drive to oversee building operations efficiently.
4. Knowledge of general maintenance and ability to handle tools.
5. This position also includes some cleaning duties.

Experience:
1. Maintenance: 1 year (preferred).
Licence/Certification:
