Our client, a global leader in premium aesthetic devices, is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales across the Midlands region. Role Overview
As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing accounts within the Midlands region. You will identify new business opportunities, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and provide exceptional client support to ensure clinics achieve optimal results with premium aesthetic devices.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets within the Midlands region.
* Identify and engage new clients, including aesthetic clinics and medispas, to expand the customer base.
* Provide detailed product demonstrations and training to showcase device benefits and performance.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in a dynamic industry.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless after-sales support and address customer needs.
* Attend trade shows and events to promote the brand and generate leads.
Candidate Profile
* Proven sales experience in the aesthetics, medical devices, or related sectors.
* Strong understanding of aesthetic devices and their application within clinical settings.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
* Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage a territory effectively.
* Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Midlands region.
* UK driving licence is essential.
Compensation Package
* Competitive base salary of £55,000 - £65,000 plus uncapped performance-based bonuses.
