Position: SaaS Sales Manager Location: LoveAdmin was founded in 2009 to help clubs, membership organisations, and children’s activity providers work smarter, generate more revenue, and grow their member numbers. We are looking for a motivated, results-driven SaaS Sales Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals. Initially, you will be the key player in a small sales team that you will build, along with helping to devise and deliver the sales strategy.
This is an office-based role, in a modern new office, overlooking the boats at Brighton Marina. Sales Leadership
Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to our target audiences.
Set, track, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using HubSpot.
Team Management
Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives as needed.
Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and development opportunities.
Ensure data standards within HubSpot are upheld by sales team members
Provide insights and feedback to the Product team to help refine and enhance our offerings.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Experience: Proven track record in SaaS sales, preferably targeting SMBs or niche markets. Experience with sports organisations or children’s activity providers is a plus.
Demonstrable ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
