Caterpillar's Building Construction Products (BCP) division is hiring a Marketing & Sales Support Manager to develop product, marketing, and distribution strategies specifically relating to the transformation of Caterpillar and Dealers across EAME region. This role will play a critical role in expanding Caterpillar Dealer's deploying solutions to reach new customers and enhance their relationship with existing asset owners. In this position, you will be responsible for Dealer Transformation Strategy. You will lead the transformation journey for Caterpillar Building Construction Products, focusing on strategy, deployment, process creation, and dealer consultation. Partner with dealers to transform their approach to new customers, representing over 50% of the market opportunity. You will ensure Caterpillar's competitive positioning with hard-to-reach customers through strategic market analysis, segmentation, and customer-focused approaches. You will also evaluate market segments for profit potential and implement plans to improve dealer performance and overall competitive advantage. What You Will Do: - Lead the daily work and strategic direction of 3-5 field-based employees focused on Caterpillar and Retail Transformation in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. - Deploy innovative Dealer solutions to enhance customer reach, experience, and implement processes meeting customer needs. - Develop strategic distribution plans, including second-level distributors or ASSCs (Authorized Sales and Service Centers). - Manage a budget for dealer workstreams to expand sales of products, parts, and services. Facilitate partnerships across Caterpillar teams for a customer-centric experience. - Deploy new programs and tactics to support Dealer-delivered customer solutions. Deliver project plans and analysis to grow market share and profitability. - Create cross-functional growth plans with team support for multiple leadership levels at Dealer and Caterpillar. - Hire, develop, and train a team to achieve desired results. - Oversee Net Loyalty Scores and new customer growth delivered by Dealers in the territory. - Consult with Dealers on long-term strategies to reach customers through omni-channel tactics, including aftermarket growth and rental solutions. - Support the implementation of new technologies for Dealers to reach new customers and deliver a differentiated experience, including online research tools, marketing automation, funnel management, CRM, and Martech stack. What You Have: - University degree and extensive industrial product and market knowledge. - Customer focus; B2B & B2C distribution experience. - Extensive experience in industrial dealer/sales network roles. - Industry knowledge; understanding Dealer operational elements including sales management, profitability, technology, workflows, and customer experience. - Leadership / supervisory experience. - Relationship management, organization, and communication skills.
