Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 per annum depending on experience 6 month Fixed Term Contract Location: Glasgow - This role is office based Working Pattern: 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday Closing date for this role is 30th March but we would encourage early applications. The role is responsible for working with the Workplace Manager to deliver front line operational services in our Glasgow office. They will provide comprehensive support to the local office, group leaders, project and business managers to ensure the continued smooth running of the office and its support services. The role entails: Maintaining a professional and effective front of house reception service Meeting and greeting visitors Issuing and managing visitor passes Answering telephone calls, being the first port of call for the business Liaison with Facilities department to report faults Booking and escorting contractors Meeting room bookings Meeting room standards Catering bookings Consumable orders Stationery orders PPE orders Management of office keys and alarm inductions Raising Purchase Requisitions Management of incoming and outgoing post, booking couriers Health and Safety in the office First Aid cover in the office Fire Marshal cover in the office Assistance with organising desk moves New starter inductions Cover for other offices as required Requirements: The successful applicant will meet the following minimum requirements: Intermediate IT skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Professional telephone manner Experience of working in an office environment Ability to work on own initiative, self-motivated; attention to detail A willingness to adapt to the changing working practices of a growing business Experience of working as part of a dynamic team Proactive, can-do attitude It is to your advantage if you meet any or all the following additional requirements: Experience of working with external contactors Experience in Health & Safety BENEFITS We provide our people with an excellent benefit and offering package that comprises: Competitive salary with yearly reviews 25 days holiday pro rata the opportunity to buy 5 days.
