The Role:
As a Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across all core subjects to students aged 4–11. You will create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring each child’s individual needs are met. You will work closely with colleagues and parents to support the overall development of our pupils, both academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, deliver, and assess creative and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment.
* Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing regular feedback.
* Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning.
* Support the emotional, social, and personal development of students.
* Maintain positive relationships with parents and carers, offering support and guidance where needed.
* Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
About You:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching at primary school level is desirable, but not essential.
* A passion for teaching and a commitment to nurturing the potential of every child.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* A positive and adaptable approach to challenges and opportunities.
