Core Duties/Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
1. Provide administration services to customers, working to agreed targets
2. To complete / check casework and provide feedback
3. Resolving customer enquiries (oral and written)
4. Drafting of non-standard correspondence in response to customer enquiries
5. Performing and issuing pension calculations including manual calculations
6. Carrying out projects and ad-hoc activities, as determined by your Team Leader
