This is a full-time permanent role with hybrid working, and a salary of £27,372 - £31,169 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
* Deal with a range of applications, certificates and pre-application enquiries.
* Manage planning appeals under the written representation procedure.
* Assist more senior officers with larger and more complex applications and condition discharges.
Minimum Requirements
If you have a degree in Town Planning or in a relevant subject, or are a qualified Planner, then we want to hear from you. Experience working for a Local Planning Authority is desirable but not essential.
