Join the Close Brothers Motor Finance (CBMF) team where you will monitor, reconcile, analyse and process all incoming and outgoing payments for the business, servicing all CBMF bank accounts deadlines/ SLAs are met. Working as part of the Payment Services team our ideal team member will have previous experience in working fast paced environment with excellent administrative skills. RESPONSIBILITIES Processing of manual payments request which include refunds and complaints Daily direct debit process Carry out daily pay-outs to our dealer partners Audit of overpayments and refund processes Daily cash and credit card input and reconciliation. Issuing and ordering of cheque and paying in books Handling of general queries via telephone/email from both internal and externals contacts Any other ad hoc tasks as required by the business Ensure that all governance and compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the regulatory bodies are carried out to the standards required WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE: Exceptional level of accuracy and attention to detail The ability to work well as part of a team and independently Good knowledge or experience using Microsoft office tools e.g. excel and have experience dealing with figures for long periods of time A flexible approach and are able to cope well in a high pressured fact paced environment Able to meet deadlines IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU: Have had experience with analysis / banking reconciliation Have some general book keeping experience in accounting We are an inclusive organisation and committed to ensuring our recruitment process is as accessible as possible to everyone.
