Job Description
This Site Assistant position is available on a Fixed Term Contract for an initial 24 months.
As our Site Assistant for the project you will be based full time on site, the site is located in Bloxwich, Walsall.
The Site Assistant role and responsibility is to:
1. Act as the office administrator for the site including office supplies, filing, organisation of travel, recording and storing of documentation.
2. Provide full administrative support to the Site Manager.
3. Act as project assistant for the site team (arrange travel, create documents).
4. Welcome visitors and clients including arranging catering as required
5. Develop and co-ordinate business review reports in conjunction with the Site Manager.
6. Keep track of leave requests and absences.
7. Create and adapts documents and templates.
8. Provide full administrative support to the Site Manager.
9. Keep the Site Manager informed of all site related activities.
10. Be aware of all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) requirements relevant to their role, and implement and comply with them.
Qualifications
Professional Qualifications
11. Basic diploma or equivalent in office administration
12. Knowledge of relevant HSEQ legal and management system requirements
13. Valid Safety Contractors Certificate (SCC), Safepass (ROI), CSCS or CCNSG card or equivalent
14. Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite applications
