As we continue to grow, we are now looking for an IT Support Manager to join our team.
The IT Support Manager will be responsible for leading our end-user computing and security initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, IT operations, and security teams. Together, you will ensure our end-user environments are secure, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.
This is a permanent role based in our Leamington Spa studio, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical guidance and support to the team and stakeholders.
2. Manage and oversee end-user computing environments, ensuring seamless device performance and user satisfaction.
3. Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard end-user devices and sensitive data.
4. Align IT operations with ITIL best practices to deliver reliable and efficient IT services.
5. Act as a key technical authority for complex IT issues while driving innovation in technology solutions.
6. Contribute to IT strategy by integrating security and operational efficiency into organisational goals.
7. Mentor and guide the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
8. Manage the lifecycle of end-user devices (laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile phones).
9. Lead the design, deployment, and support of enterprise MDM solutions.
10. Oversee software deployment, configuration, and updates across the user base.
11. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate security risks.
12. Monitor and report on service performance, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
13. Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and configurations.
14. Provide advanced technical support and act as an escalation point for critical incidents.
15. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to support business growth.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) are a plus.
3. Proven experience in IT management roles, with a focus on end-user computing and security.
4. Hands-on experience deploying and managing MDM solutions (e.g., Intune, Jamf, Workspace ONE).
5. Deep understanding of the ITIL framework and its application in IT service management.
6. Proficiency in managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.
7. Knowledge of endpoint security tools and techniques (antivirus, encryption, patch management).
8. Familiarity with cloud-based solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure AD).
9. Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
10. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
11. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
