Senior Learning and Development Administrator - Compliance and Planning

We have an opportunity for a Senior Learning and Development Administrator - Compliance and Planning to join our Learning and Development Administration team, based in Worcester.
Supporting the Learning Academy, the team sits within the Group HR services and provides high-quality learning opportunities throughout the organisation, supporting our employees to achieve their ambitions and enabling the Group to meet its business objectives.
Sanctuary is committed to nurturing the potential of our people, and as a Senior Administrator in our vibrant and friendly central learning and development administration team you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for all learners and providing a high level of administrative and planning support during the full lifecycle of training.
The team is made of up of ten staff and supports the Learning and Development managers and trainers from the initial planning of a new course through to the recording, reporting and evaluation of training, with a strong focus on improving and streamlining processes to offer the best possible service to the business.
The role will enable you to showcase your amazing organisational and administrative skills and work both independently and collaboratively as you will meet and communicate with people from across the whole Group. Learning and Development is an exciting area of the business and there will be opportunities to work on projects and support the delivery of business-critical training. The role would suit someone who enjoys working in a flexible and creative way and is keen to develop new skills within a supportive environment.
The main purpose of this role is to support the provision of an effective and compliant Learning and Development service to managers and colleagues in line with Group policy and aims. The role involves line management of up to two administrators, where you will support with team development and with the production of quality statistical information on training needs and delivery of learning and development programmes.The role of Senior Learning and Development Administrator - Compliance and Planning will include:
* Deliver effective and efficient administrative and logistical planning processes to support classroom and virtual training delivery
* Provide managers and colleagues with clear guidance and advice in response to queries to ensure compliance with Group policy and relevant legislation
* Plan and coordinate cost effective learning and development activities across the Group
* Support with escalated queries and complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered
* Complete, maintain and monitor accurate employee records and the assignment of mandatory training to meet regulatory and statutory requirements

Skills and experiences:
* Proven experience of working in an administrative support or customer service role
* Proven experience of advising managers and colleagues on training related issues
* Some experience of coordinating training or events
* Proven experience of resolving problems
* Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
