We are growing our Direct Inspection Team to sell our Inspection and Specialist Engineering Services directly to customers. We're currently recruiting for a Client Executive based out of our Guildford Office. As a Client Executive, you will be looking after a portfolio of Allianz Inspection direct clients. You will be servicing client accounts, with quoting and selling of new business, renewal retention and negotiation, control of lapses and credit control queries ensuring you’re working within defined parameters in a consistent and profitable manner. About You Essential Skills Experience in similar role or equivalent Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.) Ability to embrace new upcoming technology A positive attitude Attention to detail and accuracy A high level of motivation and commitment A willingness to learn and develop Passionate about doing a good job, the ability to work to daily targets and demonstrate that you are a team player Excellent organisational skills to independently prioritise a variety of work within your portfolio whilst working on multiple assignments Desirable Skills Experience/ an understanding of the Inspection market Key Accountabilities Manage your own panel of Allianz Inspection direct clients, always providing excellent customer service Communicate directly, both via email and phone with clients, within agreed service standards. Review and negotiate new business enquiries received by clients. Actively engage in prospecting activities to secure new business growth. Review and own existing business and mid-term adjustments Calculate, negotiate and invite renewal terms in line with external and internal deadlines. Anticipate likely objections and build effective responses Assisting with the preparation of bids and tenders for new business and renewals Attending client meetings both face-to-face and virtually Reviewing plant information between client and Allianz schedules, making amendments as appropriate. Handling internal and external queries, dealing with them in an efficient, practical and professional manner, both verbally and in writing Work effectively alone as well as with as part of a close-knit team Working closely with Credit Management to ensure invoicing and premium collection in line with agreement with customers. Support wider teams by being proactive, enthusiastic and by challenging yourself to go out of your comfort zone.
