Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa Stoneham, MA is seeking a full-time Sales Leader for their spa. The main focus of the Sales Leader will be growing Hand and Stone Stoneham’s membership base and training our front desk staff in the best sales practices. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years background in a membership sales-based model, and experience motivating a commission-based team.
· $15 base salary, plus $15-$40 commission for every membership you sell.
· Additional quarterly incentives for meeting spa membership conversion goals.
· Growth Opportunities – This position could grow into an Assistant Manager role.

What To Expect in This Role:
1. Membership Conversion – This role will focus heavily on membership growth of the spa.
2. Training – ongoing sales training, roleplaying, and coaching of the spa associate team.
3. Scheduling – the Sales Leader will be responsible for scheduling shifts, managing expectations, and driving sales metrics.
The Sales Leader will be working shifts at the front desk, in addition to leading the team. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required for this role.
