The Opportunity
To provide customer service and administrative support to the UK and Ireland, supporting wholesalers and the internal office departments.
Role Responsibility
So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:
* Processing Wholesaler and direct orders
* Dealing with Wholesaler queries
* Processing credits
* To report, manage and process any Product Defects through the Self-Service Portal. To keep in contact with complainants and ensure an appropriate resolution.
* Answering telephone calls and dealing with queries
* Code finance invoices and process for approval, updating internal Marketing Spreadsheet
* Process Specific orders and deal with any Specific queries
* Produce wholesaler weekly back-order report
* To manage and process any shortages and damaged goods through the Self-Service portal.
* To manage and process other customer queries, i.e. temperature queries, over deliveries, etc.
* To manage product defect sample returns when required.
* Manage generic e-mail inboxes

Additional Information:
* This role is hybrid, based in our Shrewsbury office 3 days per week and 2 days at home
