For which tasks (responsibilities)?
* Working on projects in the hybrid-casual genre
* Developing and supporting the visual component of the project
* Building and managing the art department team (2-4 people)
* Participating in the integration of processes aimed at improving the efficiency of the project's art department
* Interacting closely with the project's product team
What kind of professional are we looking for?
* At least 3 years of work as a Lead Artist in game companies
* Experience developing hybrid/hypercasual projects
* Ability and willingness to work with your hands
* Understanding of all aspects of 2D and 3D graphic production and the subsequent development phases
* Active use of neural networks in the pipeline
* Experience working with Unity and other game engines
* Ability to look at artwork from both a game designer's and a player's perspective
* Up-to-date portfolio
