Job Description
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate Director to join our successful Estate Agency team in Harrogate. This opportunity would suit a self-starting, highly motivated individual seeking a career-changing opportunity. This role offers career progression and a chance to excel at the top end of the property industry.
Responsibilities
1. Meet with clients and assess their particular needs
2. Register and manage applicants
3. Arrange and attend viewings around homes
4. Canvass for new business opportunities
5. Explain building issues and regulations to the clients
6. Respond to queries via e-mail and telephone
7. Liaise with solicitors
Person Specification
Key Skills
1. Excellent negotiating skills and rapport building skills
2. Possess a composed manner in order to be able to work under pressure
3. Good time management and ability to prioritise workloads
4. Ability to meet deadlines
5. Accuracy and attention to detail
6. Excellent telephone manner and client-facing skills
7. Excellent communication skills - must be capable of building and maintaining good relationships with team members, other colleagues, clients and agents
8. Confident manner with clients and the team
9. Flexible approach to work and hours undertaken
10. Microsoft Office and Excel to a good level
11. An understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion
Qualifications:
1. Educated to GCSE level or equivalent as a minimum
2. Must hold a full, valid driving licence
Experience
1. Proficient in the use of Word, Excel & PowerPoint
2. Previous experience of working to deadlines
