The Role:
The Account Operations Manager is integral to the success of the business, working closely with internal teams to ensure operational excellence.
* Report directly to the VP of Customer Success
* Own end-to-end campaign set up, success, management, optimisations and reporting
* Work with clients to gather assets
* Respond to briefs and ensure internal teams are set up to deliver
Skills & Expertise:
* Experience in Ad Ops/Campaign Management
* AdTech, MarTech, Customer Insights or Media Agency experience
* Commerciality – revenue driving/up-sell/cross-sell
* Data insights and campaign management
