About you:
We are looking for an experienced, hard working Quality Business Partner who has proven experience in the Social Care sector, and is passionate about delivering high quality care to our clients. You'll be a strong leader with extensive experience within the care sector managing regulatory compliance within a similar role. It's important to have a track record of improving both the quality of service provided and regulatory ratings using key metrics and systems to have an oversight and governance of your portfolio to increase performance alongside supporting within regulatory inspections.
Responsibilities:

Review risks, providing intervention and reporting (i.e. Special Measures)

Analysis of key metrics to review themes, trends and set actions

Standardise ways of working through sharing best practice, adopting new processes and upskilling new & existing branch staff

Completing internal audits and setting & reviewing action plans

Have effective oversight of all aspects of quality within the region.

Effective management of Service Improvement Officer

Strong collaboration with Regional Director, Area Managers and branch teams

Drive the Quality Agenda set by the Head of Quality across the region

Delivery of quality training (i.e. Care plan & risk assessment, MCA, safeguarding)

Lead on the review of Report of Actions

Support with Registered Manager applications and interview process
Requirements:
-
>2 Years experience in a similar role as well as experience running a regulated service
-
RQF level 5 in Leadership within Health & Social Care desirable

Registered with the SSSC (Scotland applicants), we'll help you do this

Registered with the SCW (Wales applicants), we'll help you do this

Car driver with full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
