Change Project Manager

About your role:
As a Senior Change Project Manager, you will help to drive profitability within our Home Solutions portfolio. We are looking for an experienced Change Project Manager, possessing strong leadership, coaching skills and will ideally have experience working in a large, fast-paced, matrix organisation and change management.
You will possess the ability to see the wider business perspectives and context and the business challenges alongside holding a tenacious, resilient, proactive and resourceful approach to issue and risk resolution and contingency planning. You will be an excellent communicator and influencer at all levels, a self-starter but also a strong team player, with an appreciation of the opportunities and challenges of working in change.
Main Responsibilities:
To work with business stakeholders to develop robust documentation, including bid, business case, benefits realisation plan, KPI's and business requirements.
To design and plan for the realisation, measurement and maximisation of business benefits in line with the business case.
While working with the appropriate business lead(s), establish a transformation & change plan, with clear scope, goals, deadlines, dependencies, assumptions and milestones.
