Complex needs practitioner level 2

Make a positive difference in someone's life by joining The Richmond Fellowship Scotland. We are recruiting for a Complex Needs Practitioner - Level 2to support a young male in Linlithgow. The adult is physically fit, enjoys the great outdoors and in all weathers.

Candidatesshouldhave previous experience of working within a Complex Needs service. You will be provided with full training by our excellent and award-winning learning & development team prior to starting. This training initially consists of classroom-based sessions and e-learning, as well as the opportunity to shadow current staff in their day to day role.

Due to the nature of this service, you must be a driver, with a valid full manual UK driving licence.

Requirements:

* Ideally you'll have or be willing to work towards obtaining your SVQ-3 in Health & Social Care
* Previous experience of working with a range of individuals with a Learning Disability / Autism Spectrum / Complex Needs
* Excellent verbal and non verbal communication skills
