As a Nursery Teacher, you will be responsible for all aspects of the role, including planning, delivering, and assessing a creative and engaging curriculum tailored to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. You will play a key role in shaping children's early development, ensuring they receive a strong foundation for future learning. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. Assess and track children's progress, providing accurate reports and feedback. Implement effective classroom management strategies to support children's development. Work collaboratively with support staff and other professionals to meet individual learning needs. Maintain high standards of marking, record-keeping, and observations. Encourage children's independence, creativity, and curiosity through play-based learning. Ensure all safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times.Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS). Experience working in an Early Years setting, preferably in a school environment. Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and best teaching practices. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A nurturing and positive approach to supporting young learners. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
