This is a remote first UK-based role but we require you to be able toaccess ourLondon office when needed.
Your Role
As a Junior Digital Experience Consultant, you will:
* Support Research: Assist in scoping, planning, conducting, and managing user research activities (e.g., usability testing, interviews) to uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunities to improve digital journeys.
* Analyse Data: Use analytics dashboards and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ContentSquare, Adobe Analytics) to gather data that informs research, identifies opportunities, and generates actionable ideas.
* Design Concepts: Translate ideas into low-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, ensuring proposed solutions align with user needs and business objectives.
* Create Optimisation Strategies: Use research insights, analytics data, and best practices to inform optimisation strategies that enhance user experiences and achieve client goals.
* Collaborate with Teams: Work in cross-functional teams to deliver results. Youll lead client status calls, participate in Agile standups, and manage tasks using tools like Kanban boards.
* Present Insights to Clients: Help analyse and present findings to stakeholders, ensuring the voice of the customer is at the heart of decisions.
