Lead and manage building surveying projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide expert advice on building conditions, defects, dilapidations, and refurbishments.
Conduct detailed surveys, inspections, and reporting on various property types.
Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution.
Oversee and contribute to the preparation of technical reports, schedules of work, tender documents, and budgets.
Support the development of new business opportunities and assist in expanding the firm's portfolio of clients.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices. What We’re Looking For:
MRICS (or equivalent) qualification with significant experience in building surveying.
Strong technical knowledge of building construction, surveying practices, and industry regulations.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ambitious and self-motivated with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
