What the Job Involves This role focuses on the operational delivery of an effective Vulnerable People Service. You will manage a complex and varied caseload, using your professional judgment to make critical decisions. Duties include assessing risk and need, undertaking safeguarding investigations, preparing statements for court, and commissioning personalized care packages. You will work in partnership with individuals, families, and multi-agency colleagues, ensuring high-quality support plans are delivered. Additionally, you will participate in performance reviews, team meetings, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the service.
