Senior HR Leader Vacancy - £70,000 - £80,000 per annum + car allowance
The role is based in the North of England with travel to other sites across the UK and occasionally Europe. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role is very much hands on, working in all aspects of HR.
If you have experience in managing a HR Team at a Senior Level within a large manufacturing or logistics company, then this could be the move for you.
Skills required:
• FCIPD or MCIPD qualified
• Experience managing a HR Team at senior level within a large logistics or manufacturing company
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel with some overnight stays
• Experience of developing and initiating HR projects
• IT, Data and Technical ability

Supported by a small HR Team and Training and Development Professionals, responsibilities will include:
• Leading the HR team in providing first-line HR support across the business
• Driving the HR agenda and contributing to business success
• Developing and initiating strategies to recruit, engage and retain talent
• Developing and implementing a performance driven culture
• Advising and improving on recognition and reward programmes
• Overseeing training and career development
• Creating and leading projects to improve HR reporting, processes, and systems
• Ensuring compliance with UK Employment Laws and Industry regulations are operating in all regions and any updates are rolled out and adhered to
• Coaching managers on employee relations including disciplinaries, grievance and performance management
• Leading on policy & procedures, reward, HRIS, TUPE, leadership development and other specific projects
