This role is pivotal in developing long-term client relationships, identifying new opportunities for growth, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management – Be the primary contact for a portfolio of key clients, ensuring exceptional service levels and a customer-first approach.
Exceptional Customer Service – Proactively support clients, ensuring their expectations are not just met but exceeded, and resolving any service issues swiftly.
Strategic Account Planning – Develop and maintain a clear account strategy, setting objectives to maximise sales penetration and revenue growth.
Performance Tracking & Reporting – Monitor client account performance and analyse revenue trends.
